Dont tell just the city name if the city is not popular. If the city is like New York City then you can tell just the name. If the city is not so popular then its better to tell along with the State Name.

You know to memorize the address of your USA employer. Some time the Visa offier may ask you about the full address then you have to tell the full address.

In this question the Visa Officer is asking designation of the new Job. We have to be very careful about the designation.

Possible Answer:

If you are a Java or .Net programmer then you should have a designation as Programmer Analyst.
If you are a UNIX or some server admin or a DBA then the designation will be System Admin or Database Admin.

Dont mess with your designation, if there is any conflit in the designation then you will not get the visa. For example if you are telling that your designation is programmer analyst (As per the offer letter) and when the Visa officer ask you what is you job role then if you are telling that you are going to maintain some database server, then they will reject the Visa. So more care should be takend in getting the offer letter and answering this question.

Unless the visa officer use the the word current, employer means always the H1B Sponcer.

You can say "Sure" or "Yeah" or "Yes" and give the USA offer letter to the Visa Officer.

Even without saying anything anything you can just give the offer letter.

Can I see the current employer's experience letter?

In this question the Visa Officer is asking about company or firm that you are working currently.

Don’t panic with this as you won’t have your current employer experience letter as you are currently working with you’re them.

Answer:
I am currently working with them so I don’t have the experience letter, but I have the offer letter from them.

Then give the offer letter to the Visa Officer. If you got promoted after you join their company it is good to show the promotion letter also along with the offer letter.
