In this question the Visa Officer is asking about your H1B employer.

Possible Answer:

• My company is located in #City Name#, #State Name#.
• My company is located in #City Name#.
• My company is located in #State Name#

Dont tell just the city name if the city is not popular. If the city is like New York City then you can tell just the name. If the city is not so popular then its better to tell along with the State Name.

You know to memorize the address of your USA employer. Some time the Visa offier may ask you about the full address then you have to tell the full address.
